Luxurious weekend houses at Lake Saiko

All seven houses are fully furnished with beds, linen, sofas, table &　chairs, kitchen utensils, grill & oven (micorwave and elelctric), refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, wood-burning stoves, TVs and audio systems, large baths, showers, toilets.

Every week, cleaning ladies clean the houses and change linen.

Style & Size

Each house is approximately 150 square meters, 2-storied wooden building.

Each has two bedrooms and a loft, large living-dining area and a wood-deck.

And a large jaccuzi bath.

Lease Terms

Our houses are designed for spending relaxed and quiet weekends for a family, or for a couple and for a small gathering.  We do not appreciate using a house for a party.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. If a cancellation is received in writing 
more than 30 days before the date of arrival, no cancellation fee is charged and a full refund is given.
If the booking is cancelled more than 15 days in advance, you will be refunded 50% of the
charge. Please note the wiring or bank service fee/s is reduced from the refund amount.
Or you may change the reservation by choosing later arrival date but not later than 
180 days from the original reservation dates if accommodation is available.
100% of the fee will be charged if the cancellation is not received by 9am 15 days 
before the day of arrival, or is a "no show". 

ANY CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING.
